Plain chest radiography and contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) revealed a large fusiform aneurysmal dilatation of the upper segment of the superior vena cava (SVC) without Fusiform aneurysmal dilatation of the infrarenal aorta measuring about 7 x 6 cm in its maximum axial diameters and extends for about 13 cm in length.
